остеогенных клеток-предшественников

Стволовые остеогенные клетки являются компонентом стромы костного мозга [1—3]; в монослойных культурах костномозговых клеток они образуют колонии — клоны фибробластов [4—6]. При пассировании колонии дают начало диплоидным штаммам костномозговых фибробластов [7], которые в монослойных культурах кости не образуют. Об их остеогенных свойствах можно судить по результатам обратной аутотрансплантации таких штаммов в организм [8],
