В заключение хочу выразить благодарность профессору Шмут-церу и авторам книги за предоставление рукописи для перевода до выхода книги в свет на английском языке, а также за присылку списка опечаток, которые были обнаружены после выхода книги в свет, что позволило внести исправления в русский перевод.
Сожалею, что по техническим причинам не удалось внести желательные, на мой взгляд, изменения и исправления в списке литературы: приведение в алфавитном порядке литературы, помеченной квадратиками, написание на русском языке ссылок на отечественные публикации и другие.
