4.1. Введение
Анализ заданий — это формальный метод, развившийся из анализа систем, в рамках которого описываются и исследуются требования к деятельности человека, предъявляемые ему как элементу человеко-машинной системы. Концентрируя внимание на человеке как элементе системы, можно сравнить требования к выполнению задания с известными человеческими возможностями.
