8.1. Введение
Органы управления представляют собой элементы интерфейса в системах человек — машина, посредством которых оператор передает механическую энергию или информацию технической системе для выполнения автоматических функций управления. От органа управления оператор получает гаптическую и про-приоцептивную информацию, которая необходима для выполнения задачи. Организация, размещение и назначение органов управления оказывают значительное влияние на напряженность деятельности человека, а также на эффективность и безопасность системы. На рис. 8.1 представлены факторы, от которых зависит «оперативная эффективность». Поскольку между человеком, органом управления и технической системой существуют определенные взаимоотношения, очевидно, что органы управления нельзя рассматривать только как элементы машины, как это сделано во многих инструкциях и нормативах.
