Иммунотерапия
Специфическую иммунотерапию при лечении АллР назначают при невозможности исключения аллергена и недостаточной эффективности фармакотерапии (см. главу 10).
В заключение следует отметить, что прогноз ССО, как правило, благоприятный. С возрастом частота заболевания снижается. Предложенные медикаментозные и хирургические вмешательства помогают контролировать состояние до тех пор, пока ребёнок не «перерастёт» данное заболевание.
