Лечение ГУС проводится по тем же принципам, что и терапия острой почечной недостаточности, описанная выше. Весьма часто бывает необходимо применение диализа, гипертензия принимает тяжелый характер и с трудом поддается коррекции. Переливание тромбоиитной массы показано только при состоянии повышенной кровоточивости. По некоторым сведениям, плаз-маферез способен благоприятно влиять иа течение основного патологического процесса и уско-
рить выздоровление. Такая терапия теоретически вполне обоснованна и может быть столь же эффективной, как и аналогичное лечение тромботической тромбоиитопенической пурпуры у взрослых і 1025]. К сожалению, пока еще имеется очень мало сведений о результатах подобной терапии при ГУС, сопровождающемся диареей [1018, 1026]. Неблагоприятный исход часто связан с тяжелыми неврологическими нарушениями. Функция почек восстанавливается у большинства больных, ио в небольшом пропейте случаев поражение приводит к хронической почечной недостаточности или к субклиническим нарушениям [1027, 1028].
