4. Детальный анализ результатов лечении говорит о том, что частота возникновения показаний к повторной операции увеличивается с 37% после первого вмешательства до 60% после четвертого.
5. 15% больных оперируются в течение первого года от начала заболевания.30
Если у оперированных больных продолжается течение заболевании, то имеющиеся перианаль-мые раны очень плохо заживают или не заживают вообще. Простого иссечения для адекватного дренирования бывает достаточно при лечении пери-анальных ран и хронической инфекции. После полной экстирпации измененной кишки на фоне соответствующей хирургической обработки пораженных участков пернанальной области обычно наступает нх заживление.
Заключение. Несмотря на высокую частоту реци-дивов заболевания после хирургического лечеиия болезни Крона у детей, у большинства пациентов после операции все же наступает значительное улучшение состояния, исчезают наиболее тяжелые проявления болезни. Как правило, пациенты начинают прибавлять массу тела, на продолжительные периоды времени исчезают боли и внекишечные проявления заболевания. Тем не менее при необходимости приходится прибегать, порой неоднократно, к повторным вмешательствам с резекцией кишки. И тогда состояние больных вновь улучшается. К сожалению, достичь успеха в лечении болезни Крона путем однократного хирургического вмешательства редко удается.
