Плохой прогноз определяется многими обстоятельствами. Редкость этой патологии объясняет тот ф-1кт, что при наличии симптоматики со стороны живота у детей врачи чрезвычайно редко включают колоректальную карциному в круг дифференцируемых заболеваний, думая прежде всего о более распространенной патологии, гакой как аппендицит, гастроэнтерит, чезаденнт. В результате диагноз опухоли устанавливается слишком поздно. Ранняя диагностика колоректального рака у детей — единственный путь к улучшению прогноза.
