При данном подходе частота развития таких осложнений, как недержание мочи и импотенция, значительно ниже, чем при иных тактических ре-шсниях.3,> Стриктуры на небольшом протяжении могут быть устранены эндоскопически, но более значительные стенозы иногда требуют открытого хирургического вмешательства. При сужениях в области задней уретры операция может осуществляться как промежностным, так и чрезлобковым доступом.
