20 Система оплаты труда военнопленных не отличалась прозрачностью. Первоначально ни о каком материальном вознаграждении
пленных за работу не говорилось вообще. Когда выяснилось, что бесплатный труд пленных малопроизводителен, правительство разрешило выдавать им часть заработанных денег, оставшуюся после удержания с пленных расходов по их содержанию и отчислений в специально созданный фонд (сначала это была треть, а затем четверть заработка). Весной 1916 г. отчисления в особый фонд были отменены. Предприятия теперь могли выдавать пленным весь заработок за вычетом затрат на их питание, одежду, охрану и пр. С 4 августа 1917 г. на руки каждый пленный мог получать лишь 20-50 коп. за рабочий день в зависимости от продуктивности работ. Оставшаяся часть суммы за вычетом расходов по содержанию подлежала сдаче в доход казны. В условиях постоянного удорожания жизни последние постоянно росли, в то время как расценки за труд пленных оставались теми же и никогда не соответствовали, вопреки букве закона, расценкам за труд местных рабочих. 21 Лапти пленным, «имеющим негодную для носки обувь», стали выдавать по указанию командующего Казанским военным округом от 8 января 1916 г. Но для Урала такая обувь не годилась, и осенью 1916 г. было возбуждено ходатайство о снабжении пленных сапогами из армейского брака (ГАПК. Ф. 280. Оп. 1. Д. 2752. Л. 150; Ф. 146. Оп. 1. Д. 94. SUMMARY Apanasenok A. V. The Old Belief society in the socio-cultural and religious history of Central Black Earth Region in XTX - the beginning of XX cent.
The work is devoted to the number and the social composition of Old Believers living in Kursk, Voronezh, and Tambov provinces in XIX - the beginning of XX centuries. The author pays attention to the discrepancy of the prerevolutionary statistics in the real dimension of the Old Belief society in Central Black Earth Region and analyses the reasons for the statistical data understatement. Besides, the features of Old Belief’s influence on the religious life of Orthodox parishes are discussed. It is demonstrated that the Old Belief community of that period was “the pole of traditionalism” and “the pattern of devotion” in the provincial society.
Afonasjeva O. V. Material and technical basis of the agriculture in Central Transurals: the achievements and the problems (1965-1985).
The material and technical basis of farms plays one of the leading roles in the development of the agricultural production. The change of the Soviet economic policy in the middle of the 1960-s in favour of agriculture gave an opportunity to considerably strengthen the production funds of collective farms and state agricultural enterprises. In 1965-1985 the agriculture of Central Trans-Urals underwent modifications in the equipment of the production, which led to the growth of agricultural products in the end.

The article is devoted to psychological features of the personality of the Roman emperor Claudius in the context of the psychoanalytical conception presented O. Rank. The emperor Claudius, having received ambiguous and inconsistent estimations of his contemporaries and historians, is an interesting object of consideration from the positions of historical psychology to help to understand the epoch of the early Roman Empire in I century A.D.

The article deals with the organization of the campaign to withdraw the Church’s values from Tyumen province’s Orthodox temples in 1922. It reveals (under GPU’s secret reports) the local residents’ reaction to those events and shows the results and consequences of the campaign.
Botalov S. G. Nomadic city as a special cultural phenomenon of the nomadic civilization of Eurasia.
The article is devoted to the development of the concept of nomadic city. The first prototypes of nomadic cities that appeared in the Xiong-nu epoch were all distinguished by their multicultural and poly-ethnic environment as well as the variety of their economic infrastructure. Social and ethnic tolerance as well as economic compatibility and mutual complementarity later had a great significance when the steppe city centers and large fortified settlements (proto-cities) were developing in the forest-steppe and oasis areas of the arid Eurasian belt during the Great Migration epoch.
