Мы рассмотрели ряд важных физиологических эффектов тепла и холода — не только летальное действие очень высоких или очень низких температур, но и приспособительные реакции животных в нормальном для них температурном диапазоне. Теперь мы перейдем к вопросу о том, каким образом животные приобретают независимость от изменений температуры окружающей их среды.
