ДЕЙСТВИЕ НЕКОТОРЫХ АНТИМЕТЛ БОЛИТОВ НУКЛЕИНОВОГО ОБМЕНА ГГА ЭМБРИОГЕНЕЗ МЛЕКОПИТАЮЩИХ
Многие химические вещества, действуя во время беременности, могут приводить к различным нарушениям эмбриогепеза, в том чис.тс быть причиной разнообразных аномалий раз пития. тТисло известных и настоящее время тератогонов очень велико и по весьма приолиаительным подсчетам доходит до тысячи (Shepard, 1073; Wilson, 11)74). Обширную группу химических тератогенов составляют антпметаболитьт, т. е. вещества, сходные по своей химической структуре с естественными продуктами об мена и в силу этого избирательно блокирующие соответствующие фер-мепты-мишепи (Альберт, 1071). Антимстаболиты паны и широкое применение и экспериментальной тератологии и служат весьма эффективным средством д.hi изучения различных аспектов нормального и патологическою эмбриогенеза млекопитающих. К веществам этой группы относятся и производные пуринов и ниримидинов, многие иа которых обладают выраженным ци тос гати чески м и дитотоксическим действием и применяются в клинике в качестве противоопухолевых препаратов.
